A high school student named Tomoe, skilled in karate but lacking confidence and a timid nature, becomes entangled in a riot. There, a mysterious individual instructs her to become a Sukeban detective. Through this experience, Tomoe journeys through time and space and encounters another Sukeban detective named Saki Asamiya.
