The series continues the story of Nozomi Yumehara and her friends from the previous season. After regaining their powers, the girls are tasked by Flora with finding a location known as Cure Rosegarden. To reach it, they must obtain the magic Rose Pact and the support of four kings from neighboring countries. A rival group named Eternal seeks the Rose Pact for themselves. The girls receive assistance from Syrup, a delivery boy who transforms into a giant bird for transportation, and Milky Rose, a mysterious and skilled fighter. Together, they work to protect what they believe is of great importance.
