Hai to Gensou no Grimgar

A group of individuals awakens in an unfamiliar world with only their names and fragmented memories. Stripped of prior knowledge, they experience only fear, survival, and instinct. With no other means of earning a living, they enlist in the Reserve Army, a military force tasked with removing threats to peace in this new world. When stronger recruits form their own units, the remaining members must band together: a leader and priest, a nervous thief, a cheerful hunter, a shy mage, a kind warrior, and a boisterous dark knight. Though the world appears game-like, it is not—there are no second chances or respawns. Death is permanent, and survival is uncertain. The group must rely on one another to endure in a place where the boundary between life and death is razor-thin.
