Keith is forced to flee, and as WISE arrests the other students, he takes the last bomb dog and rigs his last hideout's door with a bomb. Anya learns through the dog's future vision that Loid will die from it. Running away from Yor, they arrive at the bomb location and prevent his death by writing a warning outside. Afterwards, Loid disguises himself as Minister Brantz, cutting loose from the Secret Police by car and tricking Keith into following him toward the river.
