Ep. 2: Keith flees while Anya prevents Loid's death via a bomb dog's vision

Keith escapes as WISE detains other students, arming a final bomb dog and trapping his hideout. Anya receives a future vision from the dog revealing Loid’s impending death. She and Loid flee from Yor to the bomb site, where they avert the tragedy by posting a warning outside. Loid then impersonates Minister Brantz, evading the Secret Police by car and luring Keith toward the river. Keith pursues, releasing the bomb dog to initiate a direct confrontation between the two men.
