The cause of these errors were due to Asumi's consciousness being awakened inside the system, which confused the system when it was making decisions. Shuta is unable to decide what to do when Tsuzuragawa presents a trolley dilemma to save Asumi. Chikuwa arrives on the scene and they are arrested as terrorist suspects.
