The KANAE system experiences frequent errors because Asumi's consciousness has awakened within it, causing confusion during decision-making processes. When Tsuzuragawa presents Shuta with a trolley dilemma regarding Asumi's safety, he struggles to make a choice. Chikuwa arrives at the scene, leading to Shuta and others being arrested as terrorist suspects. Simultaneously, Ran and Koki search for "CMD," which seems essential to saving Asumi. Shuta eventually reveals the truth behind the Takara Elementary School fire accident that resulted in Asumi's death.
