Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor, (she calls him Shiskababoo in this episode), and requests that he show her dolphins. Gedächtnis complies with her wishes, and uses the castle's image database to search for pictures of the animal. After locating photos of dolphins in the database, Gedächtnis explains that the dolphin was once the second most intelligent animals on Earth. Just as she ask to see the pictures, however, the power in the manor goes out leaving them in total darkness. Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor (she calls him Sanhoiza and Hoizasa in this episode), and inquires as to why he is wearing a mask. Gedächtnis complains that he has something in his eye that he cannot remove. Drossel's suggestion is that he stay in his room for the day, but Gedächtnis pledges that it his duty to stay by her side just as he has the last 2800 years. When Gedächtnis guesses that its her Capoeira, which she denies, he realizes it is her hairstyle. Although she fancies the hairstyle, Gedächtnis informs her that it is actually flying gear that can be activated by clicking her heels three times. Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor, (she calls him Sutersusetsu in this episode), and asks whether any mail has arrived at the mansion. Gedächtnis seems slightly uncomfortable with the question, but shows Drossel the many letters he has collected. He proceeds to explain that there is a city around the mansion and a desert around the surrounding city. Drossel claims she is exchanging letters with a person called Umerudeberu (although she has never left the mansion) and Gedächtnis suggests she use the transmission beam, which she turns down. Rather out of character, Gedächtnis arrives late to the scene and is higher off the ground then usual. When asked by Drossel why he is acting odd, he informs Drossel that his frontal lobe has been very uncomfortable/itchy. Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor, (she calls him Bibidebobide and Bibidiba in this episode) and asks why the dining room dishes fell and were smashed. Gedächtnis explains that human forces are attacking from outside the manor, causing rumblings and bright flashes of light from. He tells her not to worry however, because the manor has surveillance cameras in 412 locations. Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor, (she calls him Sancho Panza in this episode), and begins by mentioning the attack by the human army in the previous episode. Both her and Gedächtnis feared they would perish during the event. Drossel decides that she should make peace with mankind, to Gedächtnis's surprise. He explains that her father had spent 20,000 years hoping the war would come to an end. Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor, (she calls him Samarkand in this episode) and informs him that she wants a pet filet sandwich. To her disappointment Gedächtnis tells her that the manor is a "pet free" zone. However, since Drossel does not care what kind of animal she has, Gedächtnis shows her a collection of light blue butterflies he has inside his head. Drossel believes the butterflies are birds and reflects on whether they are like dolphins, humans, or machines. The butterflies all seem to disappear after they surround Drossel... Drossel tells Gedächtnis to fix the roof, but Gedächtnis informs her that he cannot because they currently have few funds. Drossel makes suggestions to solve the problem, however Gedächtnis has already discharged 4,274 maids that Drossel was unaware of. Drossel von Flügel is practicing Caporeia with Fighting Unit "Belinda" (An attachment that boosters her agility while reducing exhaustion), when Gedächtnis meets her in the main hall of the Flügel Manor. Drossel of course claims its karate and not Caporeia, after he questions her, which is met with the sound of laughter. Drossel claims there must be spies laughing in the main hall, but Gedächtnis claims it is not possible for Tempest Tower to be breached. Schadenfreude then randomly appears, and Drossel wonders if he bites. Gedächtnis suggests she not appear as a threat to him. Humorous results occur as Drossel interacts with Schadenfreude, and Gedächtnis gets revenge on the camera for using a laughing track. (Source: Fireball Wiki)

Gedächtnis makes a joke about her statement, and Schadenfreude jumps on Gedächtnis' head, before hanging from the high ceiling. He then jumps on each of their heads before losing his balance and falling to the ground, causing his lightbulb eye to fall and roll into a pile of more lights of the same size and in different colors. Drossel von Flügel meets with Gedächtnis in the main hall of the Flügel Manor, (she calls him Tigris Euphrates and Chigrippa in this episode) and is immediately informed by Gedächtnis of a report (good news and bad news). The human forces are now within fifty kilometers of Tempest Tower and have total control. Gedächtnis decides to read the writings of Lord Windstille, left behind for such a calamity. Its is known as "Operation Fireball: A New Hope". However, before he can read it Schadenfreude plays a recording of the message while moving his feet. "Long, long ago, the world was one. Man and machine spoke the same language. The flowers sang, and the trees danced. And the desert was alive." He then narrowly escapes being crushed by a piece of the ceiling, as the top of the Tempest Tower is destroyed, and leaves the scene.
