Victor Lance, a paparazzo photographer, decides to take a photo of Golgo 13 before he retires for good in order to prove to his boss that he's still one of the best paparazzo in the media business after exposing public figures to the public by secretly photographing them. Unfortunately, Golgo 13 takes out Lance's camera for good with the help of reflected sunlight on his camera before Golgo takes out his main target in Britain. (Source: Wikipedia)
