Sango leaves to take a notice of three days in order to repair her gigantic boomerang Hiraikotsu. The others venture into the mountains to find Ninmenka, a demonic peach tree bearing the fruit of human faces. Inuyasha has an unfortunate encounter with Tokajin, a sage who is responsible for nourishing Ninmenka with human souls, being sucked into his bottle gourd.
