Jonouchi has a crush on Miyuki, who is the nurse taking care of his ill sister, Shizuka. But when a corrupt doctor who is more interested in playing golf than caring for the well-being of his own patients fires her for refusing his advances, Jonouchi is forced to keep his mouth shut, because if he talks, Shizuka will be kicked out of the hospital.
