Maria comes to the house to battle Kai, assuming that he was one who killed Erimiya. Kai knocks her unconscious after saying he is not at fault. In the next morning, Kai attempts to reason with Maria, but she leaves by pointing out how the guerrilla corporations treat psychics as weapons rather than as people.
