Maria arrives at the house to fight Kai, believing he murdered Erimiya. Kai renders her unconscious, stating he bears no responsibility for the incident. The following morning, Kai tries to explain himself, but Maria departs after criticizing how guerrilla corporations exploit psychics as weapons instead of treating them as human beings. Meanwhile, Eiji journeys to Gald to present Erimiya's will to Ghibelline, aiming to persuade him to form an alliance.
