Division 2 are sent to the Police Academy for Ingram Labor training. A woman from the New York Police Department arrives, apparently to train on the labors with Division 2 for the next six months. Her name is Lieutenant Kanuka Clancy, a Japanese-born American woman. The last day of training involves a Labor Combat Tournament that will determine who will pilot both Ingram Patlabors.
