Later, Avio Cobo of the third public unit of the Reconstruction Agency, and Olivier's temporary replacement as director of EMS, tracks down Mary, seeking Victor for his part in the Spitzbergen attack. They call Victor the Dismantler for his ability to instantly pull Extended bodies apart. Avio is also seeking the data, but Juzo lies and says that he sold it.
