When Lee notices the character on Gaara's forehead has changed from "Love" to "Romance," he's convinced the Kazekage's got a crush on someone and sets out to learn her identity. They assume it's a cross-dressed Neji, but in reality "Gaara" is a disguised Orochimaru who merely got the character mixed up.
