The precinct is meeting with Kaoruko Kinoshita, the assistant inspector of the headquarters. She discusses creating an investigation team within the precinct in order to catch the perpetrators responsible for luxury cars thefts. Miyuki is to be in charge of the headquarters mainframe database, while Natsumi is partnered with Kinoshita for the time being. Kachou learns that Arizuka enlisted Kinoshita to direct the investigation. A white van has been reported at the scene of the crime. As the white van has been found, many police officers are to set up barricades in various streets. When Natsumi and Kinoshita initiate a trap, the white van escapes by driving down the terrain.
