Assistant Inspector Kaoruko Kinoshita meets with the Bokuto Station precinct to propose forming a specialized unit targeting luxury car thefts. Miyuki is assigned to manage the headquarters mainframe database, while Natsumi is temporarily paired with Kinoshita. Kachou discovers that Arizuka recruited Kinoshita to direct the operation. After a white van is reported at a crime scene and subsequently located, police officers establish barricades across various streets. During a trap initiated by Natsumi and Kinoshita, the white van escapes by driving down the terrain. Following this event, Kinoshita invites Natsumi to join the headquarters, acknowledging her strong partnership abilities.
