Pelops II reactivates, having merged with all of its alternate versions, and reveals that Ashihara had initiated a complex calculation during the test twenty years earlier, which was interrupted by the explosion and was never finished. Mei realizes that this calculation must have been Ashihara's attempt to stop the Catastrophe. In Tokyo, the Otaki team and their military escorts fight their way towards Godzilla through a flock of Rodans. Salunga reaches the Shiva facility; Tilda and her soldiers use their only remaining Diagonalyzer rocket against it, but this time Salunga quickly recovers. It breaks through into the containment facility, descends into the cavern, and begins to destroy the seal around the Singular Point. Mei deduces that the song is actually a coded message sent from the future. Pelops II discovers the true meaning of the code and sends it to Yun just before the supercomputer explodes, seemingly destroying Pelops II. In Tokyo, Yun equips Jet Jaguar with a jetpack so it can fly, and it battles the Rodans with Yun riding on its back, but Godzilla appears and swiftly kills the Rodans. Yun and Jet Jaguar land on Godzilla's back; Yun almost falls to his death, but Jet Jaguar rescues him. However, it then crash-lands, and Yun is confronted by Godzilla. Before it can kill him, Jet Jaguar receives the upgrade code and suddenly grows to a giant size, enabling it to battle Godzilla. Jet Jaguar's new controlling intelligence informs Yun that it is an AI system from the future, a descendant of Pelops II and Naratake, which has been broadcasting its own code back through time using the song. Godzilla destroys Jet Jaguar using its atomic ray, but Jet Jaguar triggers a massive Diagonalyzer explosion that converts all of the red dust into harmless blue crystals. Salunga is impaled and permanently frozen in place by the crystals, while Godzilla disappears without a trace. With the Catastrophe averted, Yun and Haberu meet up with Mei to celebrate their victory. In a post-credits scene, Michael and Kai are overseeing the conversion of the Godzilla skeleton from Misakioku into another giant robot, and are joined by an aged Ashihara. (Source: Wikipedia)
