Ep. 13: Pelops II reveals Ashihara's past calculation while Jet Jaguar evolves to defeat Godzilla and halt the Catastrophe.

Pelops II, having merged with its alternate versions, reveals that Ashihara initiated a complex calculation twenty years ago to stop the Catastrophe. In Tokyo, the Otaki team fights through Rodans while Salunga attacks the Shiva facility. Mei deduces that a song is a coded message from the future. Pelops II deciphers the code and transmits it to Yun before exploding. Yun equips Jet Jaguar with a jetpack to fight Rodans, but Godzilla appears and eliminates them. After Jet Jaguar rescues Yun from falling, it receives the upgrade code and grows to giant size. The AI, a descendant of Pelops II and Naratake, explains it broadcast the code through time. Godzilla destroys Jet Jaguar, but the resulting Diagonalyzer explosion converts red dust into harmless blue crystals. Salunga is frozen by the crystals, and Godzilla vanishes. Yun, Haberu, and Mei celebrate the victory. In a post-credits scene, Michael and Kai oversee converting the Godzilla skeleton from Misakioku into a robot, joined by an aged Ashihara.
