One day Maya and Willie meet a strange creature that all of a sudden peeps out of a hole in the ground. When they ask the creature they learn that it is a mole-cricket. A sad mole-cricket, who lives lonely without friends somewhere underground. Maya and Willie promise to come to see her the next day. But for two little bees this is a very difficult undertaking.
