Gintoki finds himself lying on the ground, witnessing the blue sky gradually changing into red. Losing consciousness at the spot, Gintoki is rushed to the hospital. Turns out while on his way to buy Jump magazine on his bike, Gintoki was hit by a car driver who was talking on his cell phone.
