The E3 can't launch for a while due to the damage it took in the previous battle, which depresses Shinobu. Hayato and the others decide to plan an Ultra Evolution Institute Christmas party for him, yet somehow Shinobu doesn't know what Christmas is! Meanwhile, Azusa decides to visit Ueno Station again and meets Seiryu there once more. Azusa suggests Seiryu, who doesn't have a place to return to, to attend the Christmas party at the institute.
