As Nana K. adjusts to her new life living in a penthouse suite in Shirokane, Junko, Kyosuke, and Shoji begin to suspect that she is married to Takumi. Meanwhile, Naoki visits and meets Nana K. for the first time. At night, Takumi tells her that their relationship no longer needs to be kept a secret after getting it cleared by his agency and plans meeting her family before they get married. Nana K. reconnects with Shin when he calls her, but she is forced to hang up when Takumi appears. Recognizing Takumi and Nana K.'s relationship, Shin realizes Reira has no one to rely on due to Yasu being busy, so he visits her to sing "Layla" for her with his guitar.
