Kurisu Makise returns to Akihabara after a year in America and reconnects with Rintarou Okabe. Soon after, Okabe begins experiencing visions of alternate timelines due to the effects of his time travel. These symptoms worsen until he disappears, leaving Kurisu as the only one who remembers him. Faced with a difficult decision, Kurisu must decide whether to heed Okabe’s warnings and avoid time travel to prevent possible consequences, or defy them to save him.
