The series continues the story of Nozomi Yumehara and her friends from the previous season. After losing their powers and saying goodbye to Coco and Nuts from the Palmier Kingdom, the girls are reactivated as Pretty Cure by Flora, a mysterious woman who sends them to a location named Cure Rosegarden. To reach it, they must obtain the magic Rose Pact and the powers of four kings ruling lands near Palmier. A rival group known as Eternal seeks the Rose Pact for themselves. The Pretty Cure receive assistance from new companions: Syrup, a delivery boy who transforms into a giant bird for flight, and Milky Rose, a mysterious and attractive fighter who joins them in their mission to protect something of great importance.
