Kouichi is excited about starting high school because it brings him closer to helping run his grandfather's coffee shop. On his first day, a girl wearing a strange, unsettling mask approaches him and claims she has come to take his life. She explains that the heart inside his body is actually hers, and identifies herself as an alien seeking to conquer the world.
