When Maxwell reads a love story his owner Yume wrote, Sandy asks Maxwell if he likes someone. This causes Maxwell to blush from embarrassment (because he likes her). He replies "Why would I like a girl?" and Sandy leaves the room feeling sad. Sandy talks about it with Bijou and Pashmina, and they tell her to never give up and to never change her feelings about him.
