Mizell starts hacking into all the electronic devices in the city. He then broadcasts his intentions of optimizing the world before taking off. NICS soon find themselves in a pinch after being unable to come up with a plan to defeat Mizell. Doctor Yamano later suggests the team with using a prototype called as the AX-000, which could be the only thing that can defeat Mizell. (Source: Wikipedia)
