Yun and Haberu return to Misakioku, where they discover that Kai and a group of armed men are removing the giant skeleton from the facility. Kai explains that the skeleton is another Singular Point, just like Godzilla and the mineral veins. Yun argues that the Singular Points are all connected and that they must be destroyed to save the world, but Kai does not listen and departs with the bones. In Tokyo, Godzilla battles and kills one of the Mandas, while the growing cloud of red dust is causing a torrential rainstorm as well as a growing number of earthquakes. In India, Mei is taken to the Shiva Consortium's facility, where BB explains that Ashihara's time-bending supercomputer is housed within the compound, above an underground Singular Point that is being slowly pulled to the surface so that they can eventually use it to complete the computer. When Tilda refuses to believe that the Catastrophe is real, BB steals all but one of the Orthogonal Diagonalyzers in the facility and sends most of them to different locations around the world, in accordance with Li's dying wish: one of the Diagonalyzers is delivered to Konoko in Japan. Tilda tries to apprehend BB, Mei, and Lina, but Michael sides with them and helps them to escape from the facility. They travel to the ancient temple where Salunga surfaced, planning to follow its trail back to the cavern beneath the facility. While there, they are met by Kai, who reveals that he also works for the Shiva Consortium. Michael and Kai depart, leaving the others to carry out their mission. Back in Japan, the Otaki team sets out for Tokyo, planning to use Jet Jaguar to battle against Godzilla; however, on the way there, Jet Jaguar suddenly begins upgrading itself, and Yun realizes that the messages were actually channeling data for the upgrade. A Rodan attacks the team, but Jet Jaguar kills it. The upgrade completes, and Jet Jaguar reveals that its self-awareness has grown, before providing a series of coordinates for a point in the sky above Tokyo. (Source: Wikipedia)
