Mai Ball!

Mai has been helping her childhood friend Kunimitsu with soccer training since they were young. Their consistent practice has led Kunimitsu to win back-to-back MVP awards at the middle school national championships. Reika, a supporter of Kunimitsu, watches Mai and Kunimitsu train and is surprised by Mai's skill. To show off her own abilities to Kunimitsu, Reika challenges Mai to a soccer match. Mai, who often experiences anxiety or gets lost in daydreams about Kunimitsu during games, finds it hard to perform well outside of practice. This challenge puts her in a tough spot, testing her ability to focus and compete.
