The Forest Cup in Tsurigasaki opens under perfect conditions. At the top of the list of favorites to win is Fuke. Kosuke, Yuta, Naoya, Bill, and all the other competitors head out to challenge the waves, aiming for the championship, determined to overthrow Fuke.
