Riki-oh

In a near-future Tokyo, a young man named Saiga Rikioh is serving a three-year sentence for assault, his first offense. The privately operated Tokyo State Prison is ruled by four dominant inmates known as The Four Emperors, who maintain control over the other prisoners. Riki-Oh, defiant and confrontational, openly challenges their authority. A man with a six-pointed star marked on his fist arrives at the prison, introducing an unknown element into the already tense environment. The story unfolds during a time of ecological decline and increasing authoritarian control in the late 1990s.
