Ep. 16: Teito visits Frau in an underwater prison and shares a surprising smile

Labrador informs Castor and Teito that Fraus deserves the death sentence, prompting Teito to locate the facility. Lazette transports Teito deep underwater to the prison where Frau is held. During their conversation, Frau declines Teito’s offer to escape, advising him to smile to put him at ease while reciting a biblical verse. Teito swims away but suddenly turns to give Frau a humorous smile, shocking him enough to drop his apple. After exiting the waterway, Teito receives a towel from Hakuren. That evening, the two decide to investigate the tower where Frau was arrested.
