Ep. 7: Yuka Awakens Nullification Power Amidst Red Night Chaos and Battles

Under the Red Night, Yuka flees her fears regarding Kakeru and Misuzu while others split up to search for her. Kakeru and Takahisa scour the school, whereas the girls explore the city. Lissette tests the crystal barrier after awakening alone, prompting Aravita to leave the Fragments with the other Black Knights. Yukiko finds Yuka at a temple, where Yuka laments her lack of power and Kakeru’s distance. Yukiko shares her bloody past to comfort her. Meanwhile, the wounded Black Knight Scholastica disintegrates. Invidia appears seeking revenge, leading Kakeru to activate the eyes of Aeon, though pain cripples him. Misuzu duels Superbia, who displays the Kusakabe clan’s duel-blade stance, confirming her Onmyoji heritage. As Takahisa fights Invidia to a standstill, Yukiko and Kukuri join the fray. Invidia traps them in a cyclone, revealing explosive blood. Yuka arrives, crying for Kakeru, and activates her latent nullification power, causing Invidia’s abilities, Misuzu’s sword, and Kukuri’s chains to vanish. Yukiko stabs the neutralized Invidia. Misuzu explains Yuka’s dangerous power to prevent enemy or friend abilities from being used, but Yuka faints from exhaustion. A flashback shows a woman mourning Vlad’s death and vowing to destroy the world.
