When a group of angry movie fans seizes a production studio, West Japan's Unit 9, commanded by Kazari, is dispatched to resolve the crisis. However, the situation escalates as the captors deploy sound-sensitive bombs around the surrounding streets and station a Willwear sniper on the roof. Kazari, known for her high energy, faces a difficult challenge in neutralizing the threat without causing excessive collateral damage. The team must devise a strategy to retake the facility that avoids leveling the entire neighborhood, while also considering the financial responsibility for any resulting destruction.
