An invisible Willwear inflicts widespread destruction through random attacks throughout Tokyo. Unit 8 traces the entity to a quagmire zone characterized by significant illegal immigrant activity. Because this area operates without legal oversight, Sena is deployed to infiltrate the location under the guise of a civilian garbage collector. During his mission, he encounters an illegal immigrant from an equatorial nation whom he suspects of involvement in the violent incidents. As Sena develops a genuine friendship with the man, he faces a difficult moral dilemma. He must decide whether to prioritize his personal feelings of respect for the individual or adhere to his professional duty to stop the attacks.
