Ep. 2: Flashback reveals Zeno's origins as the Yellow Dragon Warrior under King Hiryuu's command.

While the group holds a campfire drinking contest that Jae-Ha wins by default, Yona nearly confesses her feelings to Hak. A flashback details Zeno's early days as the Yellow Dragon Warrior, where he felt inadequate compared to King Hiryuu and the original warriors: Gu-En, Abi, and Shu-Ten. Despite lacking combat skills, Zeno possesses rapid healing abilities. King Hiryuu is astonished by this power and awards Zeno the crest given by the dragon gods. As humans flee or perish from dragon powers, the group faces increasing danger. After King Hiryuu passes away, his comrades bid Zeno a heartfelt farewell before departing for twenty years. Zeno remains to guard the castle, eventually realizing his friends have died of old age. He then single-handedly defeats an entire army while mourning their loss.
