Rihoko attempts ice skating with Junichi, unaware that Kanae orchestrates the outing to bring them closer. At school, Rihoko submits the Tea Club’s application for the Founder's Festival, while Junichi assists Manaka and Ruriko by transporting a kotatsu to their club room. The two girls persuade Junichi to support the Tea Club during the event and consider joining. On the festival night, club members in kimono serve tea and sake, while Junichi and Rihoko distribute recruitment fliers. Afterward, they return home together, where Rihoko gives Junichi his Christmas present. Lacking a gift for her, Junichi offers to grant Rihoko any favor she desires.
