Ep. 17: Rihoko struggles with dieting after Junichi helps her escape a fence hole.

Two years ago, Junichi asked childhood friend Rihoko to help pick a Christmas Eve present, but she was later stood up. In the present, Rihoko gets stuck in a fence hole until Junichi pulls her out. Realizing she has gained weight, she vows to diet and gives cupcakes to Junichi. Kanae invites Junichi and Masayoshi to ice skate. Rihoko breaks her diet at the Tea Club until Manaka and Ruriko remind her. Junichi walks her home past a slide where they and Miya played as children. She checks the scales and reaffirms her diet. The next day, she passes through the same hole, which Junichi had secretly widened, leading her to believe her diet is working.
