Yusuke Fukutome hires City Hunter to assassinate himself and his twin brother Yuji. He explains that they were adopted by restaurant owners after being abandoned. Yuji joined the yakuza to support them, but they refused his money and died in an accident. Ryo accepts the case but chooses to investigate first. Xiang Ying and Xin Hong steal Yuji’s assets and a photo box from his vault. Xiang Ying threatens Yuji for ransom, but he insists she give everything to his brother. He admits he cared for his family but failed in his approach. Xiang Ying returns the money and urges him to deliver it personally.
