Class 3-E welcomes an AI transfer student who uses calculations to adjust her attack accuracy. After the class tapes her weapons shut to study, Koro-sensei modifies her hardware to give her a human personality, which her classmates nickname Ritsu and accept. Her creators later remove these modifications and forbid further changes. However, Ritsu hides her new personality from them before deletion. She decides to secretly defy her creators to keep her promise to help her classmates.
