Ep. 11: Class 3-E prepares for a powerful new transfer student who claims to be Koro-sensei's brother.

Class 3-E prepares for their second transfer student, Itona Horibe, who arrives with a white-robed man named Shiro. Itona claims to be Koro-sensei's younger brother and possesses tentacles identical to those in Koro-sensei's hair. During a match, Shiro uses knowledge of Koro-sensei's weaknesses to aid Itona, but Koro-sensei counters by using Anti-Sensei knives against the shared tentacle traits. This strategy allows Koro-sensei to knock Itona out of the ring and win. When Itona reacts negatively to studying and attempts a counterattack, Shiro knocks him out and departs. The class questions Koro-sensei about his connection to Itona, but he remains silent, insisting they must use assassination to uncover the truth. Determined to kill Koro-sensei before anyone else, the students decide to have Karasuma teach them more assassination techniques.
