Nadja is angry about the Black Rose’s warning against traveling at night. Meanwhile, American reporter Harvey Livingston investigates the Dandelion Troupe. Young samurai Kennosuke Tsurugi accidentally sends the Happy Carrier Car speeding through London with Rita inside. Nadja encounters Edna, the woman who left her at the orphanage. The troupe views the incident as good publicity, but Rita learns Kennosuke regrets his actions. Harvey intervenes to stop the car before it hits Nadja. Kennosuke joins the troupe, and Harvey continues writing his article about the event.
