Tenma Umatarou and Ochanomizu Hiroshi are teenage geniuses working at Lab 7 of Nerima University, an institution focused on robotics research. They are preparing to unveil their latest creation, robot A106, which features the Bewusstsein A.I. interface and superheroic programming. Due to the high costs of the project, the duo must work part-time jobs to cover expenses, currently dressing in costumes for a parade. Tenma places A106 inside his costume to perform the duty for him. When danger erupts during the event, the robot cannot remain passive and intervenes to save the day, surprising all observers.
