Ep. 3: Enterprise dreams of York Town, meets Belfast, and faces Siren ambush with new companions.
Enterprise recalls a dream about her bedridden sister York Town before waking to meet Belfast, the maid who saved her. Belfast delays Red Axis forces until Queen Elizabeth, Warspite, Hood, Edinburgh, and Sheffield arrive, forcing the enemy to retreat. Concerned by Enterprise’s reckless behavior, Prince of Wales and Illustrious consult Queen Elizabeth. Vestal criticizes the poor condition of Enterprise’s rig upon arrival. Belfast and Unicorn convince Enterprise to attend a beach party, where Unicorn thanks her for the rescue. Enterprise expresses her belief that shipgirls are merely weapons and the ocean is solely for conflict. Belfast warns that her current fighting style will cause her to forget her purpose. A distress call leads Enterprise, Cleveland, Hammann, and Belfast to investigate, where they encounter Ning Hai and Ping Hai ambushed by Siren ships. Enterprise acts as a distraction but suffers rig malfunction, only to be saved by Belfast. Witnessing Enterprise’s compassion, Belfast decides to accompany her and teach her how to be a proper gentlewoman.
