Akagi, Kaga, Shoukaku, Zuikaku, and Ayanami return to the Sakura Empire base, greeted by Soryu and Hiryu. At Azur Lane, Belfast acts as Enterprise’s maid to reveal her humanity. Ping Hai and Ning Hai report a high-class Siren fleet, indicating Siren plans to exploit Azur Lane and Red Axis conflict. Sheffield and Edinburgh infiltrate the Sakura base. Nagato approves Project Orochi. Ayanami reunites with Yukikaze, Yuudachi, and Shigure. Takao encourages a depressed Zuikaku. Sheffield and Edinburgh follow Akashi to a cove, witnessing Akagi and Observer build a Siren battleship. Observer attacks Akashi, but the two intervene, stealing the Black Box. They escape past Takao and Ayanami with Akashi and the box. Ayanami questions her fighting motives despite her loyalty.
