Asato rejoins Yamato and the rest of the group after completing his B-Daman training journey. He invites them to visit the B-Daman Academy where he is currently studying. However, the students at the academy are experiencing strange occurrences. The group must investigate these unusual events to determine if Marda B. and the Neo-Shadow Alliance are responsible for the disturbances affecting the students.
