Ep. 5: Seizaki and Sekuro investigate Doctor Kurauzu Sakabe and Ai Magase's disturbing influence while Itsuki proposes a debate.

Seizaki informs officer Sekuro that Ai Magase was under the care of her uncle, Doctor Kurauzu Sakabe. The pair visits the doctor, who reveals Ai was adopted and that male students reported being raped by her mere presence. Sakabe himself was affected and resigned. After practicing kendo, Seizaki and Sekuro hear Itsuki propose a suicide law debate at the NHC television studio. Seizaki orders the team to find evidence that Itsuki abetted suicide. Magase calls from Investigator Tsusui's phone, stating she wants to bring happiness to the world. Tsusui then runs into the road and is struck by a truck, dying with a smile on his face.
