Masquerade loses a fight to Dan, revealing himself as Alice after removing his mask. Hal-G appears as a hologram, explaining that he and Alice became alter-egos after exposure to negative energy from the Silent Core, which leaked through Dr. Michael's Gateway Transporter when Naga attempted to seize it. Overcome with guilt, Alice leaves with Hal-G, disappointing the forgiving Brawlers. Meanwhile, global environmental anomalies occur, including a massive dimensional rift to Vestroia appearing in the Pacific Ocean. After informing their families, including the shocked Makimotos and Shun's grandfather, the Brawlers prepare to enter the portal to stop Naga from destroying both worlds.
